Return Process

Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Gordons Direct
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
